While the trademark was made public days ago, on Feb 2, it seems no one spotted it before, and was made public knowledge by French Twitter user @KeliosFR, known for reporting Pokemon news on @Pokekalos. The trademark itself was filled by Nintendo in 2022.

Yet, don't get your hopes upwards too fast. Nil was officially announced by Nintendo yet. A trademark being filled doesn't necessarily mean anything related to The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass volition be released.
